The moment you know that ten years spent on creating/testing and refining a stakeholder management concept (and writing a book on winning relationship strategies for all those people) was worth it .... when you get top billing in a workshop on stakeholder management ahead of Professor Robert Cialdini, Jo Owen and others. This workshop is part of The Association of Investment Marketers’ Skillset series run by White Marble Marketing Chief Learning Officer Quentin Crowe. In this session participants will be shown how to use the Propella model to prioritise stakeholders. They’ll also be introduced to some of the ‘characters’ I created on the grid.
